Officer Nominations 2011

Subject: Officer Nominations 2011 Mon Mar 28, 2011 3:18 pm

It's that time of year again where we hold nominations and then elections for club officer positions.

You may nominate yourself or you may nominate someone else.
You may be nominated for more than one position but you may only run for elections for one position.
You do not have to be a member to nominate someone, but you do need to be familiar with MS-TAC.
To nominate someone simply make a post with "I nominate _______."
Nominations will end and be locked Saturday, April 2nd, night. After that elections will begin.

Tier 1 Positions
Tier 1 positions can only be filled by someone with at least 1 year of experience in MS-TAC.

President wrote:: Runs MS-TAC and oversees all club activities and decisions.

Vice President wrote:: Assists President and oversees game days.

Treasurer wrote:: Handles club finances

Webmaster wrote:: Runs the club website and forums.

Armorer wrote:: Stores and maintains club guns.

Tier 2 Positions
Tier 2 positions must have at least 1 semester of experience in MS-TAC.

Secretary wrote:: Handles club paperwork and email lists.

Public Relations wrote:: Club public representative for fundraisers and other away events.

Supply Officer wrote:: Maintains and keeps track of all club equipment.

You are only able to run in elections for a single position. So if you have been nominated for more than one position you'll need to decline the other ones.

With the nominations as they are, elections won't be needed and I believe positions will be as shown above.

Doesn't look like we'll have one. That's probably the most skill/time intensive position available.
