2012/2013 officer nominations

Below is a list of those who were nominated at the meeting. Some people have already turned positions down. You may nominate yourself. Also you may be nominated for more than one position but before elections you must only be running for one position. Nominations will be accepted til Monday at 5 pm- just simply type who you would like to nominate.

While I am honored by the nomination for president, I going to turn it down in favor of running for armorer.

... man i REALLY wanted to be secretary, but since no one is running for vp ill sadly have to decline secretary.

At this point, there is only one position that will need voting, which is president. However there are still 5 hours left for nominations so this is the last call for nominations. Voting will begin shortly after 5 - stay tuned for instructions this afternoon.

I will be away from my computer at 5 so I am posting the rules and procedure now on how to vote.

First of all no votes will be accepted before 5 pm today so don't try. To vote simply send me a pm with the subject being either elections or voting and then in the text all you need to do is simply type the name of the individual you are voting for.

To be eligible to vote you must be a paid active member ( i know who is ineligible so if you vote your vote will be tossed). If you are a candidate you may vote for yourself and even though I know you will probably vote for yourself please still send me a pm for easy counting.

Voting will open at 5 ( in about 40 minutes) and will close at 5 pm on Thursday. Any questions please let me know

Final reminder voting for president closes in 2 hours. Even if you are graduating as long as your a current active member you may vote via pming me- closes at 5.
