And does anyone have a recommendation for some good grease for the internals?

Oh, and I will also be heading over to Radioshack and pickup a wire upgrade so I can run a lipo. Is that all that I will need?

If you do a little digging you can get a better motor for much cheaper, but systema is a good way to know you have a good motor. What type of motor did your gun come with?
You are going to want to order a set of Dean's connectors for your gun and battery, and you will need a lipo charger. Victor and I got this one: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=7028 It comes with a set of banana pins that you will need to convert to deans, so overall you'll probably want to order 2 sets of deans connectors.
As for grease: I use white lithium grease on my gears and silicon oil on my cylinder.

It came with what seems to be a Deepfire STANDARD Long type; it currently has the strength to pull up to a 120.(it's an Airsplat custom build gun) But the Systema can pull up to a 140, so with the 120 I'm getting it will get higher fps and rof than the Deepfire. The cylinder will increase the air seal, and I just found a coupon for a Deepfire air-nozzle upgrade (the one that attaches to the tappet plate) so again higher fps! Apparently the cylinder comes with a small bottle of silicon oil... a definite plus!
I have a smart charger that will charge a LiPo, and I am ordering a wire upgrade kit from Evike. 18 gauge I think.

I am also looking into getting a MOSFET unit but I need some help finding one that isn't to expensive. I found one. But I'm not sure if it is a good price.

Not sure if your interested, but I have a systema energy motor(just like the one you linked), systema energy cylindar set(except the air nozzle), and a m120 spring non-linear like that deep fire one. I could sell you them at discount if you are interested.
This is the set I have(with just the black o-ring, and no air nozzle): Set on AirsoftGI

The mosfet is a fair price for what it does. You could get a one as low as $20 but it'll just be to handle power from the battery better.
