I'm wanting to run the take-down alongside my ak so that I can have some stealth options for flanking maneuvers. I am looking at trading mostly, even willing to go so far as to trade the scar. But if anyone has one or knows someone who has one, I am looking to negotiate, and I would like to get it before the op at mount doom coming up if possible.

Look on DSA (deep south airsoft). I think it's DSA it could be MSA (mississippi airsoft). His name is Cloak and Dagger. He's got a Tanaka (preban) takedown version that he wants to trade off or sell. Send him a shout and see what he wants for it. If I remember correctly his price was very reasonable and he would love a trade.

So close to getting exactly what I wanted, but it was already sold. Are there any spring snipers floating around the club that someone would be willing to take trades for?

Gene has a semi upgraded bar 10 and I've got some upgrade parts that I wanted to sell for it.

The Bar-10 I have has a DB Custom 6.01 tightbore and Nineball Hopup bucking. It is shooting pretty darn good if you ask me and is in great shape.

looks like I may be able to get a kjw m700 by trading a few things to a guy down here, let me see about it and I'll get back to you

also: is this the same dead silent sniper you have always had gene, or a whole new one?

It is a different one. It is a JG Bar-10 just like mine. And has a similar barrel, hop-up combo. As far the silient goes, it is pretty quiet as is but it does not have the silencer that I have on mine(you could always add it). There are some quieting tricks I can show you(or perhaps install for you) for the trigger group that helps out as well.

Just a little info about the Bar-10:
It is one of the lightest sniper I have held.
In my opinion the best sniper platform on the market as far as consistantcy and accuracy.
There is also a HUGE community of people using and modify this rifle. Even a guy that is custom fabricating parts for it. Just this link alone is a 98 page fourm about modifing it.

Custom Parts and descriptions of how he made them and what they do.(He sells them but they are hard to get ahold off. Lucky Ben has one of the hopup units for the Bar-10 he is building right now)

hm... I think I am still looking at the kjw, the non-takedown is capable of taking standard vsr buckings and barrels, so I may be interesting in your 6.01 and nineball combo. I am trying to avoid too much more investments into airsoft, and I'm trying to actually get rid of my pistols and the mp5k along with a mass of spare parts, and it looks like I will be able to trade most of it to a friend here who can buy the kjw. But there are even more options that are open to me at this point. Now I'm just trying to balance out the amount I spend/get/give away.

edit: things I am looking to get rid of: XM203 grenade launcher with 1 36 round grenade, one of my two pistols(possibly both), and the mp5k. I do have lots of parts and spare gear that I'm not using, but I don't have a full inventory list.

more research showed that I will need a psg-1(650mm) AEG cut barrel to upgrade the kjw, so I won't really need any of the parts, but here is a current list of things I am looking to sell

All gas guns that come from me are well taken care of, they have gone through proper maintenance before and after each game they have been skirmished, and will be taken through a final maintenance before I give to the buyer. Anyone who buys I can show them the entire procedure if they want.

XM203 grenade launcher, with 36 round shell. Comes in excellent condition, only 2 moving parts in the firing mechanism so it's extremely reliable, grenade seals have been well maintained and lubricated just like any of my gas firearms. Looking to get $100 for both, willing to negotiate.

1 kjw hi-capa, propane and CO2 ready, upgraded trigger spring and slide spring give this gun phenomenal recycle time and trigger response, high flow valve installed in the magazine increases fps, madbull 6.03 inner barrel gives it good accuracy for a 5.1 inch barrel length. looking to get around $120 for this one, can come with all of the original parts if wanted, willing to negotiate. This was my first and I have put the most time into tuning this one.

1 WE tech silver 3.8 hi-capa, comes mostly stock, silver magwell installed, and a 50+1 round extended magazine rough sanded and clear coated, the front post sight is likely to fall off during use unless it is glued down, I almost lost it during one match, the factory finish on it scratches real easily and it shows in a few places. looking to get around $90 for this one, can come with original mag(feed lips on it were used for replacement parts)

I also have the old MP5K, it's extremely stock, the back plate is loose from where phillip broke the stock off of it in its first scenario, this one does not come with a battery as it's the same one I use in my AK, the wiring tabs that connect the wiring harness to the motor at the back of the gun come loose occasionally during jostling(its an easy fix, but I don't use it enough to want to work on it), it will come with a 100 round mid cap mag, looking for around 60 for it

the goal is to get close to $260 so that I can buy the gun and a bravo arms 650mm
