Bad Karma Noob Day 2014 March 14-16

The moment you have all been waiting for has come! Its time to start planning MSTACs annual club trip. Noob Day 2014 has just been announced. It has been scheduled for March 15th which is the last Saturday of spring break. We will leave the day before (Friday March 14th) and will come back to Starkville the day after (Sunday March 16th) It is being held in Lebanon TN and will cost $5. This is the game where the club covers gas and hotel costs for paid members in good standing. The only money members need to bring is to cover the game cost, food, and spending money for the vendors at the game, Nashville airsoft, and activities the club does after the game. A good rule of thumb I have followed is expect to pay at least $12 a meal. Meals don't normally cost this much but it ensures you have enough regardless of where we go. Some meals may cost more but most will cost quite a bit less. In the past we have gone to the mall, movies, etc. after the game and we have played board, card, and video games in the hotel rooms and had a great time. Last year this game had almost 1000 players.

On another note, the field that hosts the game has partnered with camp horizon to make this game a charity game which is making the trip all the more worth it. Once we get into Nashville we will stop at Nashville airsoft as per tradition, and there will be several vendors at the game. Several stores from TN will be there and they are in talks to get Echo 1, Elite Force, KWA and others to attend.

a) As of now, I'm good to leave anytime after about 1:30
b) I do not have a car, so...

I do not know if i will be able to go or not due to allergies and workload. I will post closer the date when i have an answer.

@ Tactical Ghost: You realize we don't have class that Friday right? We need to leave about 11:00 if we are going to have enough time to go to Nashville Airsoft. I'll be happy to be one of the drivers. I have room for 4 comfortably and room for some luggage or gear.

my car as always is available, It will seat 4 and has a boot for luggage. I think the earlier we leave Friday the better, so like Elise said 11:00 or maybe even 10:00.

My chances are 50/50 now. I might be doing testing for my senior seminar that weekend.

I am definitely going and i have a car that can fit four as well
