Is it possible to SAFELY attach the battery to the outside of an AEG, in some kinda case or something, to attach a larger battery to a gun, or I am I just being crazy. Thoughts?

depends what kind of gun you have, I cant remember off the top of my head. If its an m4 the make boxes that look like a PEQ box that attaches to the front rail system that can hold a battery, they can be kinda pricey though, like ever other thing made for airsoft
Hope this helps, and if you dont have an m4 im sure someone else knows about something. But of course you could always use duct tape

Dom, If you don't mind me asking why do you want a bigger battery? Have you run out of power during a game? You at one time mentioned wanting a higher rof and if that's the case you would want a higher voltage not necessarily a larger battery.

Well that's is definitely the solution to your problem then. I think the case Phillip suggested would be great. The only problem i have with guns wired to the front is there is no battery space.
